Why do we bill on the 13th of every month?
To help keep our overheads down (to help save you money on the cost of your plan) and keep tabs on our monthly costs, we bill ahead a month in advance.
Because we are such a small team, we have to be extremely careful about how the money you and us spend, is managed. If we had intermittent billing, or let everyone have a different billing date, it would add to our workload, and require a huge investment in software development - making your monthly plan cost even more. We don't want that.
Your invoice will be due by the 20th of the same month, and when you pay it, it covers the upcoming month.
What we want, is to make sure you have what you want, at a the cheapest and most predictable cost. If we can do that, then our goal has been achieved.
